上海市同凱中學(xué)是一所以32個(gè)班級(jí)為規(guī)模的公辦初級(jí)中學(xué)。學(xué)校占地面積近48畝，由兩棟教學(xué)樓、圖書樓、行政樓、實(shí)驗(yàn)樓、小劇場(chǎng)、食堂、室內(nèi)體育館樓、操場(chǎng)、停車場(chǎng)等構(gòu)成，功能配套齊全，環(huán)境大氣優(yōu)雅，是一所現(xiàn)代化的新型學(xué)校。

學(xué)校由金山區(qū)政府投資籌建，委托具民辦優(yōu)質(zhì)資源的上海世外教育集團(tuán)管理。學(xué)校堅(jiān)持高開高走的原則，在師資隊(duì)伍、課程開發(fā)和學(xué)校管理等方面與上海世外中學(xué)保持同管理、同特色、同資源、同培訓(xùn)的辦學(xué)模式，同時(shí)對(duì)金山地區(qū)的優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源亦有充分的挖掘和利用。

Covering an area of 48 mu (about 32,000 m2), the school is equipped with facilities of complete functions including two teaching buildings, a library, an administration building, a laboratory building, a small theatre, a dining hall, an indoor stadium, a playground and a parking lot. The modern school also enjoys a graceful environment. Tongkai is invested by Jinshan District government and its management is entrusted to Shanghai WFL Education Group with advantageous resources in private education. Under the principle of a high profile from the starting point, the school adopts the same mode as WFL in terms of teaching staff, curriculum development and school management, i.e. the same management and training and the same characteristics and resources. Besides, Tong kai has fully tapped and utilized the high quality education resources in Jinshan District.
